How to track your parcel in South Africa

Tracking a parcel in South Africa is straightforward once you have your waybill number (also called a tracking number, reference number, or parcel ID). You will find this on your order confirmation email, your shipping notification, or on the physical label attached to your parcel.

  1. Locate your tracking or waybill number from your order or shipping confirmation email.
  2. Find your courier in the list above — if you are unsure which courier was used, check your order confirmation or contact the seller.
  3. Type or paste your tracking number into the field next to your courier and click Track.
  4. You will be taken directly to the courier's tracking page with your number already filled in.

If tracking shows no result, the shipment may not yet be scanned into the courier's system. Try again after a few hours, or contact the courier directly using the numbers on our contact page.

Where do I find my waybill or tracking number?

Your waybill or tracking number is on your order confirmation email, your shipping notification, or the label on your parcel. Different couriers use different names for it — it may be called a waybill number, tracking number, reference number, parcel ID, or drop label.

Why is my tracking number not showing any results?

Parcels are usually only scanned into the courier's system when they are collected or processed at a depot. If your parcel was only recently handed over, it may take a few hours before tracking becomes available. If it has been more than 24 hours, contact the courier directly.
